Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, interfere with other users, or use the service unlawfully.
Quotes, scope, and changes
Project scope, deliverables, timing, fees, payment schedules, and acceptance requirements are established in the applicable quote or agreement. Work outside the approved scope may require a change request or new quote. Estimates and timelines depend on timely client feedback, content, access, and approvals.
Fees and payment
Invoices are payable according to their stated schedule. Available methods may include Stripe, PayPal, or check and can vary by client or invoice. Late balances may pause work or services. Applicable taxes and approved expenses may be added. Recurring services continue according to their billing schedule until changed or canceled under the applicable agreement.
Client materials and intellectual property
You confirm that you have the right to provide all submitted content, trademarks, data, and files. Ownership and licenses for project deliverables are controlled by the applicable agreement and payment status. CodebyRay retains ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable methods, platform code, and third-party materials.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party hosting, domains, APIs, payment processors, plugins, or platforms. Their availability, policies, and changes are outside CodebyRay’s control. You are responsible for accounts and charges assigned to you.
Disclaimers and limitation
The public site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, CodebyRay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any direct liability relating to paid work is limited as stated in the governing project agreement.
Termination and changes
